On labels, it does not comply with the Regulation for labeling “packaged” foods (only 5 texts of 24 characters each are available).
Models W-020, W-020 B, and W-025:
Font size: 1.2 mm.
Effect (bold, underline, or both) for each character within the text (optional for W-025 in Spain).
Option to use the general text “G” (2,048 characters) for ingredients, in lowercase or UPPERCASE to highlight allergens (optional for W-025 in Spain).
Option to include a nutritional information table.
Free text (10 x 24 characters).
On receipts and labels for direct sales: option to indicate in the PLU name (with an asterisk or other mark) those containing allergens and program text such as “* See allergens”.
Option to print 2 labels per transaction: programmable by PLU, configurable information, automatic or manual second label (can also be used as promotional labels). Optional for W-025 in Spain.
The W-025 model complies with EU Regulation 1169/2011 regarding mandatory food information since December 13, 2016.
